劳动力成本变化对中国制造业出口的影响.doc

摘要:本文选择中国劳动力成本和制造业出口贸易作为对象来研究，着重探究二者之间的相互关系和影响。在中国制造业出口中，以工业制成品为主要出口对象，而劳动力成本在目前的中国制造业中扮演的角色极其重要。因此，劳动力资源的紧张与否，劳动力成本的变化是否会对中国的制造业出口贸易产生影响，又产生什么样的影响，这是本论文想要探究的主要问题。本论文主要以理论为基础，结合实证，对这个问题进行研究，希望由此得出答案。

　　　通过上述分析，本文从研究结果出发提出来政策性建议。中国依靠出口来发展经济的方式需要改变，在保持原本优势的前提下还应该积极扩大内需，使出口和内需平衡发展；其次是需要尽快完成产业结构升级，改变生产模式，往高新技术领域发展，掌握自主知识产权，才能更加有竞争力；于此同时，也对劳动力提出了新要求，只有提高劳动力素质，使新产业，新技术与新劳动力相配套，才能提升制造业综合竞争力。

ABSTRACT: This object to study Chinese labor cost and manufacturing export trade in this article, focusing on the relationship and influence between them. Recently, besides the industrial manufactured goods, the labor cost in China manufacturing industry starts to play a very important role time after time. So this paper is about to explore whether the labor force resources or their cost changes will impact Chinese manufacturing export trade, if so, what effect will take place. And also will propose recommendations according to this research.

　　　It needs to be changed that China's reliance on exports for economic development. While keeping the original advantage, our country also should actively expand domestic demand, the export and domestic demand to balance these development; then is the need that quick complete the upgrading of the industrial structure, changing the mode of production as a high-tech development, grasping the independent intellectual property rights, which all can be more competitive; at the same time, all the developments put forward new requirements on labor, only improving the quality of the labor force making the new industry, new technology and new labor matching each other, in the end enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.
