摘要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展，人民的生活水平的不断提高，人民寿命的延长，人口老龄化现象越来越严重。我国居民的养老问题不容忽视，尤其是农村居民的养老保险，更是一个值得关注和深究的问题。本文通过分析农村养老保险存在的缺陷和不足，正确认识农村养老保险的实施现状，找出这些问题的原因并提出解决办法，为我国农村养老保险制度的完善提供一些建议，使得农村养老保险政策真正惠及每一位农村居民。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the social economy, the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, and the extending of their life-span, the aging of population has become more and more serious. The old-age pension issues of Chinese residents cannot be ignored, especially residents of old-age insurance in rural areas. It is indeed worth paying attention to and having a deep research. By means of analyzing the shortcomings and defects of the rural endowment insurance, this essay aims at having a correct understanding of the current situation of performing the rural endowment insurance and finding out reasons for these problems as well as putting forward some solutions, so as to make some suggestions for the perfection of our rural endowment insurance system and make this policy really benefit every member of the rural residents.
