某地大学生自主创业意愿影响因素分析-基于Logit模型.doc

摘要：本文设计调查表，以江宁大学城学生为调查对象，运用Logit模型定量分析了影响大学生自主创业意愿的主要因素，研究结果表明：学生来自地区、班级评优情况、学生干部经历、获得奖学金情况与志愿服务活动五个因素对于大学生自主创业意向有正影响，而入党情况和资质证书获得对创业意向有负影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the design questionnaire,Jiangning University City students for the survey,The use of the Logit model to quantitatively analyze the main factors affect college students start their own businesses will,The results show that:The region of the student、Class appraised、Work experience、Won a scholarship and Voluntary service activities Five factors have a positive impact on the students' self-entrepreneurial intention，but join the party have and qualification certificatesa negative impact on the entrepreneurial intention.

　　本文所用数据是以问卷调查的形式获得的。被调查对象为南京晓庄学院、金陵科技学院、中国药科大学、南京工程学院的 250 名应届毕业生，收到有效调查问卷 231 份，涵盖理学、工学、医学、文学、经济学、管理学、教育学、历史学等 9 个学科门类，包括专科、本科、研究生多种学历层次。因此，本文所用数据来源具有代表性。
