摘要:近年来重庆餐饮业持续快速增长, 质量不断提高, 餐饮业的发展势头强劲, 餐饮消费成为拉动重庆消费需求的重要力量, 其中服务营销在促进餐饮业发展中的作用也越来越重要。然而部分餐饮从业人员对服务营销的观念理解不深,不会从长远看待所面临的问题,许多餐饮企业整体服务意识差到令人难以接受。因此, 对重庆餐饮业服务营销策略进行全面、 系统的分析和研究, 具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文从餐饮业服务营销的角度,运用营销学的相关理论,根据重庆现代餐饮业服务营销发展现状、特点和方法,找出重庆整个餐饮业服务营销发展过程中存在的问题并进行归纳总结,最后有针对性的提出解决方案,借此希望为重庆餐饮业的发展提供适用的意见和建议,促进重庆餐饮业的发展。

Abstract:Catering industry in Chongqing continued fast growth in recent years, the quality continues to improve, business momentum is strong. Food consumption is a key force for pulling the consumption demand of Chongqing, service marketing's role in promoting the development of restaurant industry has become increasingly important. However some catering industry in Chongqing in China do not have indepth understanding of the idea of service marketing, not from a long-term view of the problem faced by many catering enterprises ' poor awareness of overall services to unacceptable.Therefore, on Chongqing's catering service for comprehensive, systematic analysis and study of marketing strategy of great practical significance.
