人民币升值对我国外资利用的影响分析.rar

摘要：本文从汇率变动的相关概念出发,首先分析了汇率的概念,汇率变动及其影响因素的相关知识,并简要分析了汇率变动对国际资本流动的作用机理,得出汇率变动主要是从进出口,商品物价,资本流入流出三方面影响投资。其次，介绍了人民币汇率的相关知识，包括人民币汇率制度的演变过程以及对人民币升值的分析，分析我国人民币升值的主要四大原因：人民币汇率的低估；我国经济实力的增强；来自的国际竞争的压力；人民币升值幅度预期指标的推进。接着分析人民币升值对我国利用外资影响的分析，分别从对外商直接利用外资的吸引力在下降、对不同行业利用外资的差异性以及境外“热钱”借人民币升值大量涌入等方面进行了分析。最后得出我国在面对人民币升值背景下利用外资的对策，得出应从五方面入手：加强投资环境建设，努力吸引外商直接投资；在外资利用中引进先进技术与创新能力；积极引导产业投向，进一步优化产业结构；促进有效利用国内资金；加强监管预防风险。

Abstract：This article from the exchange rate of the relevant concept, firstly analyzes the concept of the exchange rate, the exchange rate and the relevant knowledge of its influencing factors, and briefly analyzes the mechanism of the exchange rate on the international capital flow, and concludes that the exchange rate mainly affects investment by the import and export, commodity prices, capital inflow and outflow three aspects .Secondly, this paper introduces the relevant knowledge of the RMB exchange rate, including evolution process of RMB exchange rate system and the analysis of the RMB appreciation, there are four main reasons which make RMB appreciation: the underestimate of the value of the currency; the enhancement of China's economic strength; the pressure of international competition; the advance of RMB appreciation expectations. And then analyses the effect of RMB appreciation on foreign investment in China. Separately analyzes from the appeal of foreign direct use of foreign capital in decline, the differences of using foreign capital for various industries and overseas "hot money" by an influx of RMB appreciation .Finally gets the countermeasures of the use of foreign capital under the background of in the face of RMB appreciation in China, proposes specific measures for utilizing foreign investment fully: strengthen the investment environment, and enhance the attractiveness to foreign investor; promote more and more good multinational corporations to invest; enhance the technology absorption and innovation in using foreign investment; promote the effective use of domestic capital; strengthen the supervision of risk prevention.
