科技资源共享平台建设问题研究-C市为例.doc

摘要：随着社会经济的发展，科技资源作为科学技术发展的基础和条件的作用越来越明显,是国家科技进步及科技创新的保障和物质支撑,它已成为国家的重要战略资源, 并越来越清晰的显示出在国际竞争中的重要地位。本论文选取重庆为重点，通过对其现有的科技资源共享平台建设的归纳，来分析重庆科技资源共享平台建设的发展现状和存在的问题。最后，借鉴国内外的实践经验和结合重庆实际情况提出可行性的建议，希望可以为提高科技资源共享效率，从而提高重庆的生产效率和经济效益做出有益的探索。

ABSTRACT：With the development of social economy, the function of science and technology resources as the basis and condition for the development of science and technology becomes more and more obvious,  it is the guarantee and material support of national scientific and technological progress and innovation of science and technology. It has become the important strategic resources, and it more and more clearly shows the important position in international competition. This paper takes Chongqing as the key point, through existing the present situation of its science and technology resources sharing platform construction to analyze the present development situation and the existing problems of science and technology resources sharing platform construction. Finally, referencing for the practical experience at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of Chongqing to put forward feasibility suggestions, hoping them can make a beneficial exploration to improve the efficiency of science and technology resources sharing so as to improve the production efficiency and economic benefit of Chongqing.

　　　从科技资源共享的含义与内容可看出其特殊性，科技资源共享是一项具有复杂性和系统性的工程,会受到共享主体、客体及共享环境等一系列因素的影响。因此，需要建立有效的科技资源共享平台来整合科技资源，提高科技资源共享效率，达到提高地方，区域的生产效率和经济效益。本文选取重庆市为目标来介绍和分析其科技资源共享平台建设情况，并提出有针对性的可行性建议。
