河南省农产品进出口贸易现状和发展对策研究.doc

摘要:河南是我国重要的农业大省和粮食生产基地，长期以来，一直承担着我国粮食供给的重要任务，粮食总产量连续多年占到我国粮食总产量的10%，河南省每年要有500万吨左右的粮食制成品和商品粮要调出省外，可见河南省为我国的粮食安全作出了比较大的贡献。但河南省作为我国的农业大省，其农产品的出口所占的份额却比较小，存在这么大的反差让人难以接受。本文通过分析河南省农产品出口贸易的现状，发现了存在于河南省农产品进出口贸易中主要的问题。根据河南省内的基本情况，分析了存在问题的原因。最后，提出促进河南省农产品进出口贸易的对策，促进河南省农产品进出口贸易的发展。

Abstract:Henan is an important agricultural province and our country grain production base.For a long time always bear the important task of our country's food supply, total grain output forsuccessive years accounted for 10% of the total grain output in China, henan province should have around 5 million tonnes of grain a year manufactured goods and commodity grain to bring up the province, visible for our country's food security in henan province has made a bigger  contribution. But in henan province as a big agriculture province in our country, the agricultural product export share is relatively small, there is such a big contrast is unacceptable.This paper analyzes the present situation of the agricultural product export trade of henan province, found to exist in the main problems in the agricultural product import and export trade of henan province. According to the basic situation of henan province, analyses the reasons of the problems. Finally, puts forward some countermeasures to promote agricultural products import and export trade of henan province, to promote the development of import and export trade of agricultural products in henan province.

　　　河南省这个农业大省内，却在农产品的进出口贸易上处于劣势。于是，研究河南省的农产品进出口贸易刻不容缓。研究河南省农产品进出口贸易发展现状和发展对策，对于河南省农产品进出口贸易的发展具有巨大的现实意义。对于改变河南省农产品贸易发展落后的现状，起到重要的作用。

　　  河南省地处中原腹地，农业地位尤为重要。研究河南省农产品进出口贸易现状和发展对策。能够很好的改变河南省农产品出口贸易处于较低水平的现状。增加农产品贸易的产值，带动河南省农业经济的加速发展。同时，改变河南省农产品进出口贸易的发展模式、出口结构、出口市场、能够以河南地区为核心，辐射周边地区，带动整个区域的农产品贸易的发展。河南是我国的农业大省、畜牧业大省，河南农产品出口潜力巨大、发展前景广阔。以抓好出口质量安全示范区建设为契机，认真做好促进农产品扩大出口的工作，能够很好的解决河南“三农”问题、促进经济发展。

河南省农产品进出口贸易的发展对策的研究，新的策略在河南省的实行，就如同把河南省当做试验点。如果各种对策在河南省能够有所建树，那么就可以推广到别的与和河南省有河南省有相同情况的省市，同样的带动地方的农业经济的发展。在这里河南省起到了创新带头的作用，对全国农产品出口工作也将起到积极的示范带动作用。
