新形势下个体工商业者国际竞争力的提升策略分析.doc

摘要:受金融危机以及与之相伴的政治因素的影响，我国对外贸企业损失惨重，生存和发展严重受挫。在此背景下，本文先从当前国际新形势出发，指出当前我国外贸企业的发展困境、个体工商在当前形势下从事国际贸易业务的现状及发展优势，再指出个体工商业者从事外贸活动可能面临的主要风险及相关应对措施，给从事国际贸易的个体工商业者提出相关提升策略，促进其增强在国际竞争力。同时给政府提供相关建议，为从事对外贸易的个体工商业者扫清发展障碍，为其提供良好的生存和发展环境，更好地增强其在国际市场上的竞争力。

Abstract:By the financial crisis and the accompanying political factors, China's heavy loss of foreign trade enterprises, survival and development suffered a serious setback. In this context, we start with the current international situation, pointing out that the current plight of the development of China's foreign trade enterprises, individual businesses in the current situation in the international trade business situation and development advantages, and then pointed out that the individual producer or trader engaged in foreign trade activities may face significant risks and related responses to the individual producer or trader engaged in international trade associated lifting strategy to promote enhanced international competitiveness. Provide recommendations to the government, clearing the way for the individual producer or trader engaged in foreign trade obstacles to development, to provide a good living and development environment, enhance its competitiveness in the international market.

研究的背景

　　　2004年新修订的《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》的实施，使个体工商业者从事外贸有了法律的保护，个体工商业者从事外贸的数量不断增加，大大推动了我国外贸行业的发展。

      然而，由于我国个体工商业者从事对外贸易起步较晚，法律和制度上仍有诸多缺陷，我国个体工商业者在从事对外贸易上经验也明显不足，使得我国个体工商业者在应对外贸摩擦和外贸风险上力不从心，大大束缚了我国个体工商外贸行业的发展势头。08年经济危机的爆发，我国对外贸易行业整体严重受损。4年来虽然国际经济形势有所好转，个体工商业者的发展也得到了相关政策的扶持，然而整体对外贸易形势却仍然不容乐观，尤其是从事对外贸易的个体工商业者的生存和发展更是困境重重。

研究的意义

　　本文从国际经济新形势，大中小对外贸易企业的困境，对外贸易经营者现阶段特点，党的十八大以后国家相关政策等方面入手，分析国际贸易新形势，指出影响当前我国个体工商业者从事国际贸易的有利及不利因素，提出相关解决问题、规避风险以及生存发展的策略，指导我国个体对外贸易经营者在国际贸易中提升竞争力。
