天津市出口商品结构优化问题研究.doc

摘要:出口商品结构与一个国家和地区的整体外贸效益有着非常密切的关系，通过优化出口商品结构可以提高外贸出口效益，促进国家和地区的经济发展。目前我国已成为世界第二大贸易出口国，与此同时作为沿海城市的天津，参加国际分工的层次和领域也得到不断加深，那么如何优化天津出口商品结构，促进天津市外贸出口的战略转型，是天津对外贸易研究战略中的一大课题。

　　　本文围绕优化出口商品结构这个中心，根据优化出口商品结构相关理论，通过天津市对外贸易数据及天津市高新技术产品的出口数据，实证分析天津市出口商品结构变化。探讨天津市高新技术产品出口存在的问题和原因，在此基础上探讨高新技术产品的发展对天津市优化出口商品结构的带动效应，最后针对性地提出优化天津市出口商品结构的相关对策建议。

Abstract:The structure of export commodities with an overall efficiency of foreign trade of the countries and regions have a very close relationship can be improved by optimizing the structure of export commodities export efficiency, and promote the economic development of countries and regions. 　　　通过本课题的研究，主要以高新技术产品为例，帮助了解天津市出口商品存在的问题、现状，以及天津市如何解决这些问题，保持外贸出口优势，天津市针对出口商品结构中存在的高附加值和高科技含量产品比重过低这一问题，大力扶植高新技术产品，加大商品结构优化力度，将对外贸易发展到一个新的高度。

　　　本文围绕天津市出口商品结构存在的共性问题以及如何加大高新技术产品的出口，不断优化出口商品结构等问题展开一系列探讨。

研究内容

　　　本文主要包括相关概念的介绍，天津市出口商品结构的现状以及存在的问题、最后针对诸多问题提出解决方案，即如何优化天津市出口商品结构。因为本文是以高新技术产品为例，因此本文着重于天津市高新技术产品的出现及迅速发展，以及天津市积极推动出口商品结构从劳动和资源密集型产品为主向技术密集型转变，从低技术含量产品为主向高新技术产品为主转变。同时着重引进先进技术、关键设备和缺短原材料，优化出口产品结构。
