连云港市港口物流发展策略探析.doc

摘要:连云港港口物流发展速度在很大程度决定了连云港市及所在区域经济的发展，港口物流的发展对经济的发展具有重要的促进作用。本文是从连云港的实际情况出发，首先阐述了物流和港口物流的基本理论以及港口物流发展的重要性，为发展连云港港口物流起到理论指导作用；其次，分析了连云港港口物流近年来的发展状况，并且论述了其发展中所具有的优势和存在的重要问题以及需要改善的地方；最后结合其发展现状和存在问题提出适合其发展的物流模式及其未来的规划，从而推动连云港港口物流的快速发展，为连云港市乃至周边地区的经济发展起到积极有效的促进作用。

Abstract:Lianyungang port logistics development of lianyungang city and the region economy development plays an important role in promoting. This article is based on the lianyungang port, a unique geographical advantages, first elaborated the basic theory of logistics and port logistics and the importance of port logistics development, for the development of lianyungang port logistics theory plays a guiding role; Secondly, the paper analyzes the development of lianyungang port logistics, and discusses on the problems existing in the development of the important and need to improve; Finally combining the development situation and existing problems put forward suitable to the development of logistics mode and its future planning, so as to promote the rapid development of lianyungang port logistics, as the economic development of lianyungang city and surrounding areas play a positive role in promoting.

　　　本论文从连云港港口发展的实际情况和近年来的连云港港口物流的各项数据的分析，并运用所学习的知识充分分析了连云港的港口物流在发展中所存在的优势和问题，提出相应的对策，为连云港如何发挥处于水陆交通枢纽中心作用的突出的优势，如何解决连云港港口物流发展中障碍等问题起到较为重要的作用。同时本文分析了国外经典港口的发展模式，为我国的港口物流发展也起到了一定的作用。

　　　本文从连云港的基础情况出发，系统的分析了连云港港口物流在发展中存在的优势和其在发展中存在的问题，结合实际情况，在物流与港口物流的理论基础上，论述了港口物流的发展对连云港的经济发展起着不可替代的重要作用，并通过连云港近年来的发展状况以及其发展策略，达到找出其发展中存在问题以及难关的目的，通过运用理论知识和与其他发达港口进行比较，并借鉴其发展模式等措施来解决其发展策略的问题，实现连云港港口物流的快速发展。
