摘要:工程机械是中国装备工业的重要组成部分。概括地说，凡土石方施工工程、路面建设与养护、流动式起重装卸作业和各种建筑工程所需的综合性机械化施工工程所必需的机械装备，称为工程机械。它主要用于国防建设工程、交通运输建设，能源工业建设和生产、矿山等原材料工业建设和生产、农林水利建设、工业与民用建筑、城市建设、环境保护等领域。自从我国加入世界贸易组织以来,我国成为全球贸易增长速度最快的国家,出口总额的比重在世界贸易总额中逐年提高,在出口总额中工程机械出口贸易占据着举足轻重的作用。我国工程机械的飞速发展为提高我国的综合国力有着不可磨灭的贡献,研究我国工程机械的出口贸易有利于提高我国工程机械的科技水平,有利于提高我国工程机械在国际市场上的份额,有利于我国工程机械在国际社会竞争中立于不败之地。 文章立足于我国工程机械近六十年发展历史,及我国工程机械的所具有的特点。我国的工程机械发展跟我国的国情息息相关,它的成长是伴随着新中国的强大而逐渐脱颖而出的,我国工程机械的强大也同样向世界彰显我国综合国力的提升和我国国防力量的雄厚。改革开放以来，我国工程机械产业发展迅猛，我国成为了真正的世界工程机械制造大国。2004年以来，由于中国宏观经济结构调整，中国工程机械产业进入最关键、最深刻的转型时期，产业的变化内容极为丰富，正在由“内需型”向“国际型” ，由“规模增长”向“核心能力增长”，由“产品”向“品牌” 转轨，实现由“制造大国”向“制造强国”的转型。在工程机械对外贸易迅猛发展的同时也面临着严峻的挑战。本课题以徐工集团为例分析我国工程机械对外贸易发展的现状与存在的问题，在此基础上提出加快发展的对策。
