摘要：国际结算使得各国的产品、服务和资金等能够相互交换，从而让生产得到了比国内市场更加广阔的发展空间，实现了更大规模的可持续发展，使资金得以实现国际间的转移。在全球范围内配置资源，能够促进生产力的发展，得到更大收益。国际贸易支付方式选择是否恰当，会直接导致出口方是否能够安全、便捷地得到货款。在选择国际贸易支付方式时，不仅要考虑己方的风险成本等因素，也要考虑到对方的，尽可能地达到双赢的目标。所以，要根据对方的信誉等级、经营方向、所签合同金额的高低、适用的运输方式和种类、财务结算成本高低等因素来决定应该选用哪种国际贸易支付方式。为了将风险分担，在实际操作中要注意在确定付款方式之前，对对方企业的信息和商业信誉进行调查，然后也要掌握其动态资信，连续考察，随时注意并调整国际贸易结算方式，地区的不同、合同金额的大小以及新、老客户也应该区别对待，并且要灵活地运用组合的支付方式来进行国际间的贸易结算，促进国际贸易更顺利地发展。

Abstract：International settlement enables countries to products, services and capital, etc to exchange each other, so that the production for the domestic market than the more broad space for development, realize the sustainable development of the larger, to accomplish the transfer of international capital. Resources on a global scale, to promote the development of productivity, get biggest benefit. International trade payment to choose whether or not appropriate, will directly lead to the exporter would be able to get the money safely and easily. When choosing a way of payment in international trade, should not only consider their own risk factors such as cost, also want to consider to each other, as much as possible to achieve a win-win goal. So, according to each other's credit rating, business direction, the mode of transportation of the contract amount of high and low, suitable and factors such as type, financial clearing costs to decide should choose which way of payment in international trade. To risk sharing, in practice must pay attention to before confirm payment, for enterprise information and business credit investigation, and then also to grasp the dynamic credit, continuous inspection, watch and adjust the international trade settlement way, areas of different, the size of the contract value as well as new and old customers should also be treated differently. Combination and flexible use of the mode of payment for international trade settlement, promote the development of international trade more successfully.
