摘要:2012年财政性教育经费支出占我国GDP比例达到了4%，虽说我国在教育事业方面的支出在逐年增加，但这并不能满足我国教育事业发展的需求，我国自从教育改革开始后，大多数高校一直在以贷款解决发展中碰到的资金问题。我国的高高等院校大都存在贷款现象，大部分高校是为了扩建而进行贷款。在贷款的过程中，由于各方面的原因，难免会因为贷款清偿不了，而产生诸多风险。
本文从高校、政府、银行三个方面，对银行贷款的风险成因、风险状况和防范对策进行了比较系统的分析。高校的需求如何解决，政府的责任如何到位，银行的信贷管理如何去做，对银行贷款的相关问题逐一分析论证。贷款风险普遍存在于各个高校之间，本文选取了宁夏大学作为案例，经过对宁夏大学各方面情况的探讨研究，探讨如何进行贷款风险的防范，针对贷款过程中产生的风险问题，提出合理的建议。

Loan risk widely exists in various colleges and universities, this paper selects the Ningxia University as a case, through the study of the Ningxia University, discusses how to prevent loan risk, the risk problem in the process of loan, and put forward reasonable suggestions.
