分析中国远洋现金流-基于资产负债表和利润表.rar

摘要:投资者对企业现金流量的信息越来越关注，国内外现金流量分析研究方法有不同的详尽描述。现金流量的分析研究大部分都是建立在现金流量表的基础之上, 然而，得出的结果并不能如想象那样真实全面地反映企业的经营成果。

　　　本文建立以资产负债表和利润表为基础的现金流量指标体系，将来自资产的现金流、流向债权人现金流和流向股东现金流作为重要分析指标，应用研究中国远洋集团的现金流并对其相关现金流指标进行分析，做出相应对策研究。

Abstract:Investors are increasingly concerned about cash flow in enterprises. Research methods of cash flow analysis at home and abroad have different detailed description. Most of the cash flow analysis is established on the basis of the cash flow statement. However, the results cannot reflect operating results of the company truly as well as comprehensively.

　　　This passage establishes index system of cash flow based on the balance sheet and income statement and treats the cash flow from assets, the cash flow to creditors and the cash flow to shareholders as an important analysis of index. This passage also applies research of COSCO'S cash flow, and it analyzes the related indicators of the cash flow analysis in order to make appropriate countermeasures.

　　　本文的企业现金流分析是以企业年度财务报告的资产负债表和利润表为基础，构建一套新的财务分析指标体系。企业现金流分析可以建立在来自资产现金流、流向债权人的现金流及流向股东的现金流基础之上，而且这三大现金流指标可以更好地为企业作出财务决策对企业的财务状况和经营成果进行评价和分析的一项业务手段，是现代企业管理的有效方法。

　　　（1）本文阐述了企业现金流管理现状及其重要性，分析了传统财务报表及相关指标的局限性，同时说明了以现金流为基础的企业财务分析系统的优越性。

　　　（2）基于企业资产负债表和利润表，构建出现金流量的相关指标。

　　　（3）对2008年至2010年的中国远洋资产负债表和利润表及其附注的财务数据计算出相关现金流量指标，并对其进行分析。通过实证分析验证了该现金流分析方法的有效性和适用性。

　　　综上所述，基于现金流量的企业财务评价指标体系是能客观、真实地反映企业的财务状况和经营业绩的方法。
