中小企业股权融资的意义及完善建议.doc

摘要:中小企业融资难是一个长期以来严重困扰我国中小企业发展的大问题。不少市场前景好，产品科技含量高，符合国家产业政策方向的好企业，由于缺乏资金，严重地制约了企业的发展，致使这些企业难以迅速做大做强。作为一名公司的当家人，平时把大部分时间、精力用在跑资金上面，似乎找资金成了“主业”，至于生产销售、经营管理则沦为“辅业”。本文主要针对着问题，探讨股权融资这个方法对中小企业融资难问题的影响及作用。

我国是一个封建社会长达2000多年的传统国家，“官本位”观念根深蒂固，人们习惯于“相信政府、依靠政府”，表现在企业融资方面，总是希望获得政府帮助，即银行低息贷款。然而，市场经济和现行的国有垄断资本决定了中小企业没有银行存款可贷，那么，正确务实的态度就是靠市场，市场经济是互利双赢的经济，利益共享的经济，有付出才有回报的经济，有舍才有得的经济，这就要求我们的中小企业当家人转变观念，提高认识，懂得利用金融的方式去解决资金的问题。综上所述，公司在解决融资问题时可采用股权融资的方式，企业股权人出让自己公司的一部分股权用来换取流动资金，在段时间内解决企业融资困难的问题。采用股权融资的方式，一方面保障了债务人的利益，减少债权人的风险，另一方面，债权人公司也可获得额外的收入。同时既然可以减少融资成本，又增强公司在市场的竞争力于生命力。股权融资的种类很多，不同类型，具体实际操作起来都有所不同，也有其优势和劣势，不同的公司情况应选择其有效的操作方案才能用得其所。
