摘要：随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅速发展，现代物流在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，物流业被认为是国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业，其发展程度已成为衡量一个国家和地区现代化程度和综合实力发展情况的重要标志之一。红河哈尼族彝族自治州（以下简称红河州）由地处边疆偏远之地成为了我国国际通道和枢纽，这对我州是一次难得的促进对外开放、调整经济结构、推动经济新发展的机遇。由于红河州是我国西南开展对外贸易的传统集散地，与越南接壤，优越的区位优势使红河州成为对外开放的前沿，为红河州发展现代物流业提供了有利条件。目前红河州在现代物流业发展上相对于国外和发达地区而言，还处于开始起步的阶段，现代物流业的发展水平还比较低，因此充分发挥红河州的区位和资源优势及发展机遇，促进全州经济的可持续发，加快现代物流业的发展已成为红河州物流业发展的当务之急。现在现代物流在红河州国民经济发展中的作用不断增强，成为红河州支柱产业争创新优势的重要支撑条件和带动红河州经济发展的重要动力。如何把握机遇，应对挑战，发挥区位优势，培育和加快红河州现代物流业的发展，是我州需要尽快研究解决的一个重大课题。
本文首先简略介绍国内外及红河州现代物流发展现状，接着对红河州发展现代物流从它的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战四方面进行分析，最后借鉴国内外发展现代物流的理论研究及成功经验，并结合红河州实际情况，提出红河州只有抓住机遇发挥优势，消除劣势迎接挑战，才能促进现代物流业更好更快地发展。

Abstract：With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of information technology, modern logistics in the national economy plays a more and more important role, the logistics industry is considered to be the development of national economy of artery and fundamental industry, the development degree has become the measure of a country and the area modernization degree and comprehensive strength development situation of the important symbol. HongHe Hani yes nationality autonomous prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the HongHe) is located in remote frontier by land to become the international passageway and hub, to I state is a good promote foreign open, the adjustment of economic structure, promote the development of new economic opportunity. At present, HongHe prefecture in developing modern logistics industry in relation to foreign and developed for areas, is still at the beginning stage, the development of modern logistics industry levels are low, so give full play to the HongHe location and resource advantage and opportunities for development, promote the sustainable development of economic state, to speed up the development of modern logistics industry has become a top priority in HongHe development of logistics industry. Now the modern logistics in Hong He the effect of the development of the national economy has been strengthened become HongHe pillar industry striving to create new advantages of important support conditions and promote the economic development of important HongHe power. How to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges and takes geographical advantage, cultivate and speed up the development of modern logistics industry in HongHe, is my state need as soon as to study and solve a major issue.
Development present situation, then the HongHe developing modern logistics from its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in four aspects to carry on the analysis, the last development at home and abroad of modern logistics theory research and successful experiences, and combined with actual situation in HongHe, put forward the HongHe only seize opportunity and advantage, eliminate the disadvantages to meet the challenge, to promote modern logistics better and faster development.
