摘要：本文运用企业管理的理论知识，同时结合管理学、财务管理、金融学等方面理论知识综合的分析中小企业融资的现状、原因，并结合近年来的温州民间融资事件探寻化解中小企业融资难的策略。在本文中，首先综述了中西方现代企业融资理论。其次通过数据及文献总结归纳我国中小企业融资特点、现状及融资难的原因。然后分析企业融资的各种途径: 第一,内源融资--自有资金;第二,外源融资--公司债券，外部股权，银行贷款等。接着分析居民理财对中小企业融资的影响，从储蓄，股票，基金，房产，保险，民间融资等方面详细分析，其中结合温州民间融资事件着重分析了民间融资对于中小企业融资的影响和意义。再接着阐述我国企业融资现状，表明融资困难阻碍了企业的经济发展。最后阐述中小企业如何针对城镇居民理财的发展变化进行融资的对策。

Abstract：In this paper, the theoretical knowledge of business management, combined with the reasons for the policy of the theoretical knowledge of management, financial management, financial analysis of the status of the SME financing, combined with the Wenzhou private finance events in recent years to explore the strategy to resolve the financing difficulties of SMEs.In this article, the first in the West of modern corporate finance theory. Followed by the data and the literature summarized the financing of SMEs characteristics, principles, classification, and strategies. And then analyze the financing of enterprises, a variety of ways: First, endogenous financing - its own funds; outside source of finance - corporate bonds, external equity, bank loans. Then analyze the impact of the residents of Financial Services for SME financing, and detailed analysis in terms of savings, stocks, funds, real estate, insurance, private financing, which combined with private finance in Wenzhou event analyzes the impact and significance of private finance for SME financing. And then goes on to corporate finance in China the status quo, and that financing difficulties hindered the economic development of enterprises. Finally, elaborate countermeasures for SMEs to finance the development and changes in wealth management services for urban residents.
