摘 要:私人银行业务是商业银行针对高净值人士设计的一种顶级金融服务。私人银行在西方已经有超过四百年的历史,而国内的私人银行业务才进入到第8个年头。各大国有商行、股份制银行陆续设立私人银行部,提供私人银行服务。随着国内商业银行的股份制化、上市,以及国内金融业的逐渐改革和开放,私人银行业务已经成为商业银行的重点业务。
在我国经济较高速的发展的大背景下,国内高净值人士的数量和资产总量也在不断增加,这使得国内私人银行业务的需求不断上升。事实上,国内私人银行业务的发展还处于初级阶段,面临来自各方面的阻碍。本文是以国内商业银行私人银行业务的经营现状和国内高净值人士的市场潜力现状为基础,再从外部制度环境和银行内部环境两个角度,分别说明我国商业银行在私人银行业务发展过程中遇到的障碍困难。外部障碍包括分业经营体制的限制、监管体系的缺失,外汇和税务制度的不完善、牌照问题等,内部制约因素分析了银行的组织模式,以及模糊的客户群体定位,同质性的产品,专业人才不足等问题。文章最后有针对性地提出了意见,包括完善法律制度和监管体系,树立品牌,创新产品和服务模式,培养人才,整合资源等。
只有立足现实,以客户需求为中心,从战略的高度去重视,充分利用高净值客户的财富资源,以风险控制为核心,不断创新产品,私人银行才能更好更快地发展。

Abstract:Private banking business is a top financial service aimed at high net-worth individuals. Private banking has a history of more than four hundred years in the west, while domestic private banking business is just in its eighth-year. Now many state-owned commercial banks and lots of joint-stock banks have set up private banking center, offering private banking business. With the commercial banks' transform and listing,and the financial industry's gradually reform and opening up , private banking business has become the focus of the business for all the commercial banks.
With the high-speed development of China's economy, the high net-worth individuals’ number and total assets are highly increasing, which makes the domestic private banking business’s demand rise,too. In fact, the development of the domestic private banking business is still in the initial stage, facing the various obstacles. In this paper, based on the current situation of domestic high net-worth individuals’ market potential assess and the assess of the private banking business management situation of the domestic commercial banks, and then brings about the barriers the commercial banks encountered. External obstacles includes separated operation system constraints,lack of supervision system, not good foreign exchange and taxation system, license plate problem and internal obstacles means the organization mode of the bank, and fuzzy customer groups positioning, the homogeneity of products, professional talent shortage.Finally, the paper puts forward several relevant countermeasures and opinions, such as including improving the legal and regulatory system, establishing a brand, renewing products and services, personnel training, integration of resources.
Only based on reality,focusing on customers’ demand , making full use of high net-worth clients wealth of resources,controlling the risk, renewing products that private banking can be better and faster.
