摘 要:随着经济的增长,居民的可支配收入越来越高,其中城市居民家庭的金融资产的增长尤为迅速,在此背景下我国居民的理财理念也发生了重大变化,他们不再满足传统的资产保值,对专业理财的需求增强。众多商业银行也顺应居民的这种理财需求,积极开展起个人理财业务。
本论文中主要对个人理财的起源、发展进行研究,分析国内外的理财现状,重点在于国内的理财现状的研究。从外界的客观环境和商业银行自身的主观因素两大方面分析影响我国个人理财业务发展的因素。再从小处着手,具体到以中国商业银行中工商银行这一实例为研究对象,结合工商银行个人理财业务的背景和目前工商银行个人理财业务的现状,分析出目前工商银行个人理财业务这一方面存在着个人理财产品存在缺陷、经营机制存在偏差这两大点问题。最后针对以上存在的问题,建议加强产品的创新,完善激励机制,做好市场定位和客户分层以及做好产品的风险提示等。面对目前市场上前所未有的激烈竞争,中国工商银行需要考虑如何通过推陈出新,改善服务,为客户提供多元化、个性化的理财产品,使其理财业务能够稳健地发展,维护其全球市值第一银行的形象。

ABSTRACT:As the economy grows, the income of residents has increased more, in which urban household financial assets grow rapidly particularly. In this context, the concept of financial management of Chinese residents has also undergone a major diversification, they are no longer satisfied with traditional asset preservation, their demand for professional financial also increased. Many commercial banks also conform to the residents of the financial needs, actively in personal financial services.
This paper mainly conduct research on personal finance origin and its development, analysis the financial situation at internal and abroad, with emphasis on the financial status of the domestic research. From an objective environmental factors and commercial bank's own analysis of constraints affect two aspects of personal finance business development factor. Then view from small point, specific to the commercial banks of China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as the research object in this instance, combining ICBC Personal Financial Services and Commercial Bank of the background and current status of personal financial services, analysis of the current ICBC Personal Financial Services in this regard there are personal financial products are defective, the operating mechanism of these two points there is a deviation problem. Finally the above problems, it is recommended to enhance product innovation, improve the incentive mechanism, good market positioning and customer segmentation and a good product risk tips. Faced with unprecedented competition on the market, China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China need to consider how through innovation, improve service, providing customers with diversified and personalized financial products, financial services can make steady development, maintain its global market value of First Bank image.
