新疆棉花产业竞争力分析.doc

摘要:中国是世界棉花生产和消费大国之一，新疆棉花产量近年来一直稳居全国首位,棉花产业在新疆国民经济中有着不可替代的作用。棉花产业是新疆农村经济的支柱和特色优势产业，经过多年的发展，新疆棉花产业已经具有一定的规模和发展水平。加入WTO后，中国棉花市场逐渐走上世界舞台，面对其他国家和地区棉花产业的竞争，探索新疆棉花产业的发展对策，寻求提升新疆棉花产业竞争力的途径和方法具有重要的现实意义。

　　　本文回顾了近十年来新疆棉花产业的发展现状，集中分析了新疆棉花产业的优势与不足。笔者以新疆棉花产业为研究目标，通过构建竞争力评价指标将其与黄淮流域两个省份（河南、河北）以及长江流域两个省份（湖北、浙江）相对比来分析新疆产业竞争力的排名，再通过钻石模型，分析新疆棉花产业在各个因素方面的优势以及弱势，综合得出如何提升新疆棉花产业竞争力的对策及建议。

Abstract:China is one of contries of the world's cotton productions and consumption power. Xinjiang cotton output has been ranked the first in recent years. The cotton industry in xinjiang has an irreplaceable role in national economy. Cotton industry is a mainstay of the rural economy in xinjiang and the special advantage industries. After years of development, the xinjiang cotton industry already has a certain scale and level of development. After joining the WTO, China's cotton market takes over the world stage gradually. In the face of other countries and regions of cotton industry competition, exploring the countermeasure of xinjiang cotton industry development and seeking the way and the method of promoting xinjiang's cotton industry competitiveness become more significant.

　　　This article reviewed the development of xinjiang cotton industry for nearly a decade.The writer focuses on researching the advantages and disadvantages of the cotton industry in xinjiang and building the display indices.The writer regard the xinjiang cotton industry as the research target. With the comparison of the two provinces of huanghuai basin (henan, hebei) and the two provinces of Yangtze river (hubei, zhejiang), the writer find that xinjiang industry has more competitive advantage. THrough the diamond model, the writer researches the advantage and disadvantage of xinjiang cotton cotton industry by analyzing the competitiveness. Finally, the writer concluded the countermeasures and Suggestions of how to promote the competitiveness of the xinjiang cotton industry.
