阻碍我国加工贸易转型升级的因素分析.doc

摘要：目前，加工贸易已成为我国排行第二的对外贸易方式，为我国的经济发展和社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。但在我国加工贸易维持稳定的发展的基础上再快速增长发展的过程中，还有一些因素阻碍了我国加工贸易的发展。因此，本篇论文从产业、资源、技术、监管体制四个方面入手，进行分析研究，并给予了相对应的有效方法和对策，从而促进我国加工贸易的转型升级，更好地发展我国的对外贸易。

Abstract: At present, the processing trade has become one of the largest foreign trade ways in China that greatly contributes to the domestic development of economy and society. However, there are some factors that have hindered the transformation and upgrading of processing trade  in  our country in the process of maintaining in the basis of stable development and rapid development of processing trade. This article analyzes the corresponding effective countermeasures from industry, resource, technology, supervision system these four aspects so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of processing trade for the better development of economy in China.

我国加工贸易已经成为了我国对外贸易中不可缺少的一部分，是我国经济迅速发展的重要组成部分。但我国目前残缺的产业链，不合理的产业结构，只顾眼前利益不顾以后持续发展，低端低价值的国际分工、技术人才的稀少、缺乏研发的创新能力，监管体制的缺陷，阻碍了我国加工贸易在稳定发展基础上再快速的发展。只有通过对内外部环境的原因进行分析，并随时更新制定符合我国国情的政策，通过对产业链以及产业结构的完善，修订环保法限制高污染环境的项目的发展，坚持以资源可持续性发展我国的加工贸易，从细节入手，贯彻分类管理理念进行监管体制的改革，以此角度来研究对策，才能促进我国加工贸易转型升级。只有用合理、有效的对策与方法，才能成功的转型升级，将我国的加工贸易从缓慢的增长环境中脱离出来，为我国加工贸易在稳定发展的基础上再迅速发展，打下了良好的基础，这样才能更好的为我国对外贸易出一份力。
