摘要：新时代下，对外贸易的快速发展。加工贸易在外贸总额中所占的比重越来越大。加工贸易也是我国利用外资和参与国际分工的一个重要方式，加工贸易这一条已经走了整整30年。本篇文章描述现江苏加工贸易的发展状况，结合专业知识分析加工贸易存在的问题。阐述说明加工贸易发展政策需转型的重要性，并提出有关加工贸易的研究方法。表明江苏加工贸易现在所面临的挑战以及相应的应对政策。

Abstract: Under the new situations and circumstances, foreign trade developed fast .Processing trade accounted for the proportion of the total volume of foreign trade in the growing. An important way of processing trade is also China's utilization of foreign capital and participate .In the international division of labor, the processing trade in this article has been gone for 30 years. This article describes the development of the current situation of processing trade in Jiangsu, combined with professional knowledge of processing trade problems. Explains the development policy for the importance of processing trade transformation, and puts forward the research methods about processing trade. Show that the Jiangsu processing trade is now facing challenges and corresponding countermeasures.
