摘要:本篇文章所论述的知识产权的保护是指的是用各种各样的技术指标为代表以及各项条款标准为标准的标准，在名义上是为了保护本国的知识产权，而实际上却是为了保护本国市场的份额的手段、方法和行为。本篇文章所论述的我们国家在对外的贸易中遭遇的知识产权方面的保护壁垒主要是以我国所遭遇的欧洲各国（或欧盟）和美国的“337调查”为代表的技术贸易壁垒的例子来说明。主要分析中国的出口贸易所遭受到的知识产权方面的保护壁垒的特点、原因和具体体现，从而找出解决我国出口贸易中所遭受到的知识产权保护壁垒的方法和路径。与此同时，我们可以举一反三，运用类似的或者独具匠心的创新的方法来保护我们本国的贸易。
