摘 要:中国作为发展中国家，农业仍然占据着国家的重要位置，如何解决“三农问题”一直是政府重视的问题。随着农业产业化发展，农民的生活水平不断提高。而企业+农户的管理模式占据着农业产业化的重要位置。如何提高企业+农户模式的专业化管理成为很多学者关系的问题。
本文通过对传统的农户模式和现代化企业+农户模式的现状分析，发现了传统农户模式的在资金、技术等方面的缺陷和不足之处，而新型企业+农户管理模式在标准化和专业化管理上具有很大的优势，结合安徽滁州的特殊环境进行分析，并针对当地的一个生产组进行具体研究。通过对传统的农户和新型企业+农户模式之间的研究，并分别从三个方面进行分类论证。供应链管理将企业、农户和零售商联系起来，形成规模化效益；人员管理方面维护好企业与农户关系，加强了企业与农户的合作；产品质量管理上做好质量监控，将放心安全的食品带给广大消费者。通过以上的研究，针对传统的农户模式中发现的问题提出一系列的改进意见。并对新型企业+农户管理模式进行系统化分析，提出相对专业化管理方案。
