摘 要:虚拟经营,不同于实体经营,是高新技术与网络技术催生下来的“新生儿”。无论是国内还是国外,对虚拟经营战略的研究,在过去的几十年中,都有着各自不同的创新之处和相似之处。本文从虚拟经营和企业战略这两个方面提出虚拟经营战略的概念,研究了虚拟经营战略对于中小企业发展的重要性。通过是什么——为什么——怎么办的思路研究中小企业的虚拟经营战略管理模式。介绍了研究虚拟经营战略管理的背景和意义,分析了我国中小企业虚拟经营在当今市场竞争激烈的环境下所面对的国内外的挑战,以及发展过程中对于核心竞争力的意识不强和缺乏对虚拟经营战略的实施将会带来的企业发展受限情况。本课题是构建在前人研究之上的,不管是国外的资深学者,还是国内的研究专家,对于虚拟经营都有了许多不同角度的研究。许多大型企业、跨国企业都对虚拟经营有所涉及,而大多数的中小企业目前还处于观望的心态。针对虚拟经营的虚拟性、复杂性,中小企业要采取这样的战略管理确实还有许多困难,所以,本文的研究出发点是想帮助其了解虚拟经营战略管理模式,分析过程中可能会出现的问题,并且站在企业自身的角度,将企业核心竞争力融入虚拟经营战略管理之中。希望可与对中小企业的未来的发展起到一些积极的影响。
