摘 要:经济型酒店产生于上个世纪中后期的美国。中国第一所经济型酒店建立于1997年上海的锦江之星,随后,大量的资本投入到经济型酒店这一行业,经济型酒店在国内得到蓬勃发展。虽然经济型酒店相对于星级酒店而言,其服务相对简单,但是经济型酒店的最大优势在于价格。正是基于这一优势,经济型酒店才得以在国内得到较快的发展。对于经济型酒店服务质量的研究,采用多种研究方法,包括系统分析法、文献法、案例分析法、实证研究法、定性定量分析法等,综合多方面来分析我国经济型酒店的服务质量存在的问题。通过对经济型酒店服务质量架构的分析,建立经济型酒店服务质量评价体系,并采用实证研究,以量化的指标揭示我国经济型酒店的服务质量存在的问题。同时,针对所发现的问题提出合理性建议,有助于经济型酒店服务质量的提升。希望通过对经济型酒店服务质量的研究,引发更多学者对于经济型酒店发展的思考,进行更细致的研究。

ABSTRACT:The economy hotel first established in the last century the United States.China's first economy hotel was established in 1997, Shanghai Jinjiang Inn. Subsequently, a lot of capital was put into the economy hotel industry, budget hotels in the country become flourish. Although budget hotels just provide the relatively simple service, relative to the star hotel, but the biggest advantage is the price of budget hotels. It is just based on this advantage, the budget hotel was able to evelop rapidly in the country.Analysing budget hotels service quality can use a variety of methods, including system analysis, literature review, case analysis, empirical research method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, meanwhile make use of comprehensive aspects to analyze the existing problems of the service quality of our hotels.Through the analysis of the service quality of architecture hotels on the economy, setting up a budget hotel service quality evaluation system, and the use of empirical research, the specific application of the system to quantify indicators reveal the existing problems of the quality of service of our hotels.The same time, put forward reasonable proposals for the problems found, help to enhance the quality of budget hotels. I hope that through research service quality hotels on the economy, leading to more scholars’ to think about the economy hotel development and make more meaningful study about the economy hotel development.
