摘要：近年来,江苏省积极实施经济国际化发展战略，对外贸易保持较快增长。在为纺织品出口提供机遇的同时也带来了风险和挑战。由于对外贸易规模的不断扩大，江苏省与一些贸易伙伴之间的贸易摩擦有所增加，特别是遭遇反倾销形势严峻，给江苏纺织业的出口和经济发展都带了很大的危害，因此建立江苏纺织业应对反倾销的机制迫在眉睫。本文通过分析江苏纺织业遭受反倾销的现状、特点，结合实际情况，提出江苏纺织业应对反倾销的发展对策，并通过战略分析和选择，为江苏纺织业的反倾销提供可行的建议。

Abstract: in recent years, jiangsu positive economic internationalization development strategy, and implementation of foreign trade and kept growing rapidly. Provide opportunities for textile exports in the also brings some risks and challenges. Because of the constant expansion of foreign trade with some trading partners in jiangsu province, the trade friction between increased, especially to the grim situation, encountered anti-dumping jiangsu textile industry economic development in both export and bring great harm, thus establishing the mechanism of jiangsu textile industry coping anti-dumping is imminent. Through analysis of jiangsu textile anti-dumping cases the status quo, characteristics, and combining with actual situation of jiangsu textile industry, and puts forward the countermeasures to anti-dumping, and through strategic analysis and options for jiangsu textile anti-dumping provide feasible suggestion.
