摘要:中小民营企业是我国国民经济中最活跃的组成部分,但是它们都普遍存在着一个问题——对社会责任的认知较差,社会责任履行现状堪忧。企业社会责任的缺失已经成为制约中小民营企业可持续发展的瓶颈并且影响到整个社会主义市场经济的秩序和运行。本文以基于企业生命周期理论下的中小民营企业社会责任研究为题,立意于一方面结合国内外本领域的国内外相关领域的研究成果和实践经验,从财务经营、产品质量、员工保障、外部环境4个指标考察中小民营企业的社会责任履行,并从企业生命周期的各个阶段分析企业所要侧重履行的具体指标,然后提出与企业发展阶段相适应的社会责任履行方法,最后提出自己的几点建议,希望能有借鉴作用,最后达到企业和社会可持续发展双赢的目的。

Abstract: Nowadays the most active component in the national economy in China is the small and medium-sized private enterprises. But they generally have a problem - poor awareness of social responsibility, social responsibility to fulfill current situation is worrisome. Lack of corporate social responsibility has become a constraint for sustainable development of small and medium private enterprises and the impact of a bottleneck to the whole of the socialist market economic order and running. This article titled with a research on social responsibility of small and medium private enterprises based on corporation life cycle theory aimed to making a combination between domestic and international relevant research results and practical experience in this field. From the financial management, the product quality, the staff safeguards, in the external environment 4 target inspections the small Private enterprise's community responsibility fulfillment and analyzed the corporate social responsibility to be performed from all stages of corporate life cycle. Then we also put forward the corresponding social responsibility concept of corporation development. We wanted to improve core competence of small and medium private enterprises though fulfilling social responsibility in further purpose to achieve a win-win business and the purpose of sustainable social development.
