摘要:当前中国的IT行业更是以每年30%的速度高速增长。随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,分销渠道成为了IT企业生产经营活动正常的基础,影响和制约着营销战略的制定实施,是企业调整生产经营方式的重要依据。
在IT行业走过的二十多年的历程中,一些IT企业成功摸索出了适合中国国情的渠道管理模式,获得了巨大的成功。但是随着新产品和新技术地不断换代更新,传统的渠道模式已经不能够适应IT行业的发展速度,不少IT企业开始转变渠道管理的方式,更加注重渠道扁平化的实现,力求达到降低成本,提高效率,增加利润的目的,渠道扁平化越来越被企业所重视和关注。
本文通过研究分析中国IT行业的特色以及生存现状,以分销渠道和扁平化理论为基础,采用归纳和演绎相结合的方法,具体研究我国IT行业所面临的渠道的复杂性,以及渠道扁平化的可行性以及存在的问题,为我国IT行业的渠道扁平化提供一些建议。

In the IT industry through 20 years of history, some IT enterprise successfully explored, suitable for China's national conditions channel management mode, has achieved great success. But as new products and new technology to continuously upgrading update, the traditional channel mode has not been able to adapt to the development of IT industry speed, many IT companies began to change the way the channel management, through the control, and strive to achieve lower costs, improve efficiency, increase profits, the purpose of the enterprise flating more channels attention and concern.
This article through studies analysis of China IT industry as well as the characteristics of living situation to distribution channels and flattening theory as a foundation, induction and deduction by the method of combining concrete research I had IT industry faces the complexity of the channel, and channel the feasibility of flattening and the existing problems, provide Suggestions for IT industry distribution channels flating management.
