摘要:本文通过对于“和路雪”苏州市场的营销策略优劣势进行了一定的分析和研究,其优势主要体现在营销手段方面、品牌独特方面和渠道方面三个方面,其存在的问题主要有、营销理念落后、营销团队执行力不强、营销团队能力不足和营销策略缺乏独特性最后从五个方面对于“和路雪”苏州市场的营销提出一些建议,主要包括实施“和路雪”企业的创新策略、渠道建设、价格策略、品牌策略、网络营销。
