摘要: 物流业作为我国新兴的行业,在经济全球化特别是金融危机的爆发后,经营环境变得日趋复杂和不确定,竞争变得日益的激烈。中小物流企业作为我国物流产业的主体,其是否可以发展壮大是我国物流企业快速成长的关键。本文首先分析了中小物流企业所处的竞争环境,然后总结出其自身的优劣势,最后提出培育、强化中小物流企业核心竞争力的建议,从而使企业获得长久的竞争优势。

Abstract: Logistics is a newly emerging industry in our country. Its business environment has become increasingly complex, uncertain and intense in the economic globalization especially after the outbreak of the financial crisis. Small and medium-sized logistics enterprise as the main body of the logistics industry in our country, whether it can grow stronger is the key to the rapid growth of logistics enterprises. Firstly, the paper analyzes the competitive environment of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, and then sums up their own advantages and disadvantages. Finally, I put forward some suggestions allowing companies to obtain long-term competitive advantage.

由于我国中小物流企业自身缺陷以及外部客观条件的存在致使他们不可能也不必实行大而全的发展模式,而应该集中优势资源,培养核心业务。把精力集中在某个特定的顾客群或某产品系列中的一个细分市场或某一区域的市场,深入分析自身的优势及劣势,对外部环境作认真的审视,准确定位,制定适合自己的发展策略,任何物流企业都不可能同时满足市场上所有顾客的不同服务需求,即使是规模庞大的跨国企业,也需要下游企业的配套服务。因此,选择产业链中大型物流企业经营的产品和服务项目的缝隙,实施集中化、一体化、差异化的发展策略才是中小物流企业形成自身核心竞争力的切合实际的选择。
