我国医药逆向物流发展的问题及其对策.doc

摘要：本文根据我国医药逆向物流的现状分析，发现在企业中有保守的管理观念、缺乏积极性，而且规模小、信息系统不完善等，政府对于医药逆向物流的管制和激励力度不够，消费者则对医药逆向物流的认识不清等问题，同时本文根据发现的问题对企业、政府和消费者提出一系列的对策,特别是企业，来解决我国医药逆向物流发展的问题，以求能更好的推动医药逆向物流的发展，带来更好的医药环境。

Abstract: According to the analysis of the Chinese medicine reverse logistics , conservative sense, passive condition together with small scale and immature information system was found in some enterprises, and the government dosen’t have a good management mechanism and the incentive strength is not enough .As to the consumers,they have failed to understand the medicine reverse logistics . And this thesis focuses on these  founded problems and puts forward some strategies on enterprises, government and consumers,especially enterprises in order to solve the development problems existing in the  medicine reverse logistics.And a better development environment and a better medicine environment are expected..

医药逆向物流在我国的发展才刚刚发展起来，根基不是很稳定，但是医药逆向物流的所体现出来的意义使我们不得不发展医药逆向物流。通过分析我国发展医药逆向物流的问题及其对策分析，可以看出发展医药逆向物流任重而道远，必须由政府引领、企业协助、消费者自觉行动，而在这三者中企业的责任是相对大的，政府与消费者的责任紧追其后，也是不能忽视的。在企业积极建立医药逆向物流，提高环保意识的同时，政府与消费者也应该提高用药安全意识和环境保护意识，让企业、政府和消费者三者之间成相互监督，共同进步。
