摘要：本文通过对我国汽车企业供应物流现状和国外先进物流模式的分析，总结出我国汽车供应物流存在的问题，结合汽车零部件供应物流的特点，提出如何提高我国汽车企业供应物流的效率、降低供应链总成本、减少损耗，提高供应链的敏捷性和柔性，并增强企业的竞争力，从而得出，引进第三方物流将成为我国汽车企业供应物流的发展趋势。

Abstract: This article through to in China's automobile enterprise supply logistics present situation and foreign advanced logistics mode analysis, summarizes China automobile supply logistics problems with auto parts supply logistics, the paper introduces the characteristic of how to improve China's automobile enterprise supply logistics supply chain efficiency, reduce the total cost, reduce loss, improve the supply chain of the agility and flexibility, and enhance the competition ability of the enterprise, and concluded that, the introduction of the third party logistics will become our auto enterprise supply logistics development trend.

　　随着我国经济的迅速发展，汽车走进千家万户，汽车工业高速增长，汽车行业的供应物流是一个很有潜力的市场。因此，我国的汽车行业应该向汽车工业发达的国家学习借鉴，努力提高汽车企业供应物流的效率，降低成本，增强企业的竞争力。本文从供应商、制造商、零部件供应等多方面提出优化策略，并得出，引进第三方物流将是未来我国汽车企业供应物流的发展趋势。我国汽车企业供应物流才刚刚起步，还有很多问题有待深入研究与解决。
