摘要：南京青奥会是一次国际性大型体育赛事，距离青奥会开幕式只有不到900天的时间，青奥会幕后的废弃物物流工作也逐渐浮上舞台。本文分析了南京青奥会废弃物的特点后，参考了全球性奥运会废弃物物流模式，在分析了青奥会物流部门自办废弃物物流和外包第三方的优劣势后，得出废弃物物流外包切实可行，并提出青奥会物流部门对外包物流公司的选择标准和各项要求以供参考。同时分析了青奥会废弃物部分外包给第三方的风险与风险规避策略。本文亦对南京市青奥会物流部门提出政策和建议。

Abstract: Nanjing Youth Olympic Games is a international sporting events, from today to the Youth Olympic Games opening ceremony is less than 900 days, the waste of the Youth Olympic Games material logistics works from the background through to the reception stage. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the Nanjing Youth Olympic waste, with reference to the global Olympics waste logistics model, the analysis of the Youth Olympic logistics department, come to their own advantages and disadvantages of waste logistics and outsourcing third-party waste logistics outsourcing feasible, and the Youth Olympic logistics department of the selection criteria and the requirements of the outsourced logistics company for reference. Analysis of the waste part of the Youth Olympic Games will be outsourced to third-party risk and risk avoidance strategy. This article also suggested Nanjing Youth Olympic logistics department some policies and proposals.
