摘要:本文在深入研究国内快递市场现状的背景下,分析了民营快递企业发展过程中基本特征,结合国内快递业全面开放的大环境,针对民营快递企业发展中存在的问题及其面对的形势,提出了加强民营快递企业间的战略合作、实施差异化战略及创建强有力的品牌是民营快递企业提高竞争力、保持可持续发展的关键途径。

Abstract: Based on the present situation of express companies in China,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the private express companies( PEC) during their development process. As the operation right was opened for the foreign ex-press companies in China,many new problems and challenges occurred to the PEC to whose possible competitiveness and sustainable development,this paper proposed several keys,such as: strategic cooperation between those PECS,implementation of differential strategy and effective brand building.

在我国快递业迅速发展的今天,现代快递服务业必将成为我国经济的重要行业和新的经济增长点,同样的快递业市场的竞争也将会越来越激烈。总而言之,内外兼修、取长补短,加强民营快递企业间的战略合作、实施差异化战略及创建强有力的品牌是民营快递企业提高竞争力、保持可持续发展的关键途径。我国民营快递行业只有够抓住机遇,克服自身的局限,才物流领域发挥重要的作用。
