摘要：在经济全球化进程中,知识产权保护已经成为国际贸易中最为重要的问题之一。知识产权贸易在国际贸易中所占的比重日益增大，作用更加显著，随着加入世贸组织产业结构调整步伐加快，国际竞争日趋激烈，越来越多的国家都已经制定和实施了知识产权战略，知识产权正日益成为推动经济发展和企业竞争力的重要因素。随着科技进步和经济发展的快速推进，作为经济城市的南京，知识产权的保护需求也越来越大，本文也着重阐释了南京企业知识产权发展的现状和南京企业如何提高知识产权保护力度以促进企业的发展。

我们充分有理由相信营造尊重创新、保护知识产权的良好氛围，不断增强企业自我保护意识，是在商标品牌专利纠纷等案件中最合适的解决方式。尤其是跨国公司的知识产权案例和赔偿中，由于对知识产权的意识较为欠缺，导致中国子公司和合资企业都像被人牵住了“牛鼻子”。如果合理的认识到知识产权的作用，运用法律武器，可以利用公司法的规定，要求公司积极申请商标和专利等知识产权，要求公司对外方的注册依法提出异议，也可以主动提出异议，充分利用商标异议等行政和司法救济程序，从而维护企业的权利，保证企业的竞争优势。
