摘要:企业文化是提高企业竞争力的主要要素之一。企业文化是指一个企业的全体成员共同拥有的信念、期望值和价值观体系,它确定企业行为的标准和方式。企业文化影响并代表着企业的整体形象及待人处事的一些独特方式。企业文化通过改变人、塑造人、激励人来调动员工的积极性,挖掘员工潜力,对提高企业经营管理水平具有积极的作用。本文旨在从盐城市胜磊有限公司着手,通过调查,进而分析江苏盐城市小型民营存在的问题,初探民营企业的文化建设战略。

Abstract:Corporate culture is one of the main elements to improve the competitiveness. Corporate culture is an enterprise jointly owned by all members of the beliefs, expectations and value systems, which determine the standards of corporate behavior and methods. Impact of corporate culture and represents the company's overall image and some of the unique way of dealing with people. Corporate culture by changing, shaping, inspire people to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, and tap the potential of employees, to improve enterprise management level has a positive effect. This article aims to start from Yancheng Ltd Lei Sheng, through surveys, and then analyzed the problems of small private, pre-test the culture of private enterprise building strategy.

通过对XX有限公司的分析,我们大致可以总结出该企业在企业文化建设中存在的主要问题:首先是企业家和员工的文化素质不高,对企业文化认识不足;其次,企业在文化建设过程中,急功近利,重视短期的利益,轻长远发展,简单模仿,缺少创新,没有结合企业自身的实际情况;第三是管理制度不完善,大部分企业采用“家族式”的管理方式,对企业文化建设缺乏必要的重视。
