浅析福建纺织业的出口现状及发展战略.rar

摘要：纺织业是福建省的支柱产业，纺织类产品是福建省的主要出口产品之一，然而随着国际市场竞争的日益加剧，国际贸易摩擦的频繁发生，福建的纺织业面临着新的挑战和困难。如何在新的环境下，保持和不断提高福建纺织行业的出口竞争力，不但关系着福建省经济持续、健康和稳定发展，也对我国纺织行业的持续、稳定发展产生重要影响。本文在分析福建省纺织业出口现状的基础上，并结合当前福建纺织业出口面临的主要问题，提出构建企业、政府、行业组织三位一体的协同应对体系，强化福建纺织行业的抗风险能力，提升其整体水平和国际竞争力。

Abstract: The textile industry is a pillar industry in Fujian Province, textile products is the main export products of Fujian Province, Fujian's textile industry is facing new difficulties and challenges, however, with the frequent occurrence of increasing international market competition, international trade friction. In the new environment, maintain and continuously improve the export competitiveness of the textile industry in Fujian, not only related to the sustained, healthy and stable development of the Fujian Provincial Economic and sustained and stable development of China's textile industry have a major impact. On the basis of analysis of Fujian textile export status quo, and combined with the main problems facing the current Fujian textile exports, put forward a coordinated response system to build business, government, industry organizations, Trinity, and strengthen the textile industry in Fujian anti-risk ability, improve their the overall level and international competitiveness.

　　纺织业是福建的传统优势产业，是满足生活需求、扩大出口创汇、增加财政收入、吸纳劳动就业、促进区域经济发展的民生产业与支柱产业之一。新世纪以来，福建纺织业技术创新日趋活跃，自主创新能力稳步提升。但客观来说，福建纺织业还属于传统的劳动密集型产业，仍然以粗放型增长方式为主，高消耗、高排放、低效率的状况没有得到根本改善，它在技术水平、环保等方面与同为纺织大省的江苏、山东相比，还存在一定差距，亟待转型升级；产品缺乏有世界影响力的品牌，处于市场的低端；大多数是以中小企业为主，没有形成大型的知名纺织企业。在工业生产要素变化、能源价格上升、出口退税降低、人民币持续升值、银行链接加息、国际贸易壁垒以及全球金融危机等影响下，福建纺织业面临着前所未有的挑战，急需调整，做出对策，以适应当今国际经济的发展。
