摘要:物质文明和精神文明共同发展是中国社会主义发展的根本要求,民营家族企业作为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分和中国现代社会的主体之一,不仅要搞好经营,为经济发展作贡献。在全球媒体和消费者越来越关注劳工问题时,就需要承担起自己对员工应尽的社会责任。本文首先从国外的三例成功民营家族企业入手,对国内外民营家族企业进行比较,浅析我国民营家族企业对员工社会责任的现状,并且对我国民营家族企业忽视员工社会责任的原因进行探析,从中找出问题,并针对问题提出建议和对策。

Abstract: The common development of material civilization and spiritual civilization is the fundamental requirement of China's socialist development, private family business as a socialist market economy and an important part of one of the main body of modern Chinese society, not only to improve operations, contribute to economic development . In the global media and consumers are increasingly concerned with labor issues, we need to assume their social responsibility to employees. In this paper, three cases from abroad to start a successful private family business, to compare domestic and foreign private family business, Analysis of the private family business status of social responsibility to employees, and neglect of China's private family business employees Analysis of the causes of social responsibility, to find out the problem and make recommendations to tackle the problem and countermeasures.
