试分析潮成家具厂出口风险的控制.doc

摘要:随着我国家具行业的壮大以及出口数量的增加，出口厂商在增加出口数量的同时，也会因为外部环境的不稳定以及自身问题而导致出口风险的存在，特别在现阶段出口环境竞争激烈的情况下，出口厂商不容有失。本文选取潮成家具厂为案例，试分析家具出口行业的出口风险的种类以及他们的形成原因。并以潮成家具厂案例为蓝本，分析得出的结论为厂商要严格按照执行订单、注意成本控制、加强员工培训、重视相关产品标准、使用金融避险工具等手段进行风险的规避。

Abstract:With the growth of China's furniture industry, as well as the increase of export volume, export manufacturers to increase export volume, while, also because of the instability of the external environment and their own problems, which led to the existence of export risks, especially in this stage the highly competitive export environment export manufacturers must not be lost. This paper selects tide into a furniture factory as an example, test analysis of the furniture export industry's export types of risks and their causes. And the tide into a furniture factory case modeled, the analysis concluded that in strict accordance with the execution of the order for firms to pay attention to cost control, staff training, attention to the relevant product standard, the use of financial instruments, and other means of risk aversion.

　　　潮成家具厂坐落于广东省佛山市顺德区龙江镇，此地为广东省家具生产主要集散地之一。1998年开始从事出口家具生产出口活动，主要生产欧式风格酒店专业生产酒店宴会餐椅、宴会餐台、吧椅、休闲椅等等相关家具。公司内部财务资料显示，1998年至2010年间，曾在2006年度创下出口金额200万美元的最高记录。2008年、2009年受到次贷危机的影响，出口数量大幅下降，其中2008年出口金额回落至120万美元，下降幅度达40%。截止至2010年底，潮成家具厂的出口规模已基本恢复至次贷危机前水平，年出口金额为180万美元。

　　　潮成家具厂的产品设计比较简单，制作方法也较快捷方便，木质部分大多由夾板加实木制作而成，只有少量是全由实木制成，部分产品的而产品外观设计上大都偏向欧式设计风格，适销地区比较广泛，除传统北美、欧洲和日本市场外，近两年还有少量出口至墨西哥等国家地区。总体而言，潮成家具厂产品主要定位为中低端市场。
