摘要：美国是当今世界的超级强国，在国际关系格局中起着举足轻重的作用，它的一举一动也直接影响着国际关系的变化。美国的外交政策一直以来都是以追求最大的国家利益为根本目的。经济、政治、军事因素是影响美国外交政策的重要原因，也是人们长期以来一直关注的方面，这些方面不可否认是美国外交政策中的基本要素，也是最能够直接地反映出在国际的舞台上美国所要追求的利益。但是随着时代的变化，文化作为一种独特的因素在美国外交政策中起着不容忽视的作用。

Abstract:The United States is a superpower in the world nowadays, which plays an important role in international relations, and its every step has a direct impact of changing the international relations. U.S. foreign policy has always been to maximize the national interest as the fundamental purpose. Economic, political, and military factors are important factors affecting U.S. foreign policy, these aspects which is undeniably the basic elements of U.S. foreign policy have been concerned by people for a long time. These aspects are the most directly reflects of the interests that United States want to pursue on the international arena. But with times changing, culture, as a unique factor, plays a role that can not be ignored in U.S. foreign policy.
